Discounts & Savings
We always find new ways to save you money! In addition to our always low prices, we offer special introductory discount. You
will automatically save an additional 5% total on orders over $1500.
Payment Policy
We require a minimum order of $100. We accept Visa, Master card, American Express, and Discover. All orders are verified during the
payment stage of your order, so any problems found should be indicated during your order. We will ship your orders only after we
receive the payment in full.
Return/Refund Policy
If for some reason your product was misshipped, we will gladly refund or reship the product. However if for some reason you no longer
need or want the product, we will refund the cost of all products returns that are received in unopened and undamaged condition, subject
to a 15% restocking fee. In this case, we will not refund the cost of shipping. If your merchandise is delivered to your address you do
not receive it, we cannot be held responsible. We ask that you request signature confirmation prior to our shipping the order. That will
resolve the potential problem and we could then offer a refund. No returns are accepted without prior approval. we will not accept returns
more than two weeks after delivery was made.
Sales Tax
A 9.25% sales tax is required by the State of Tennessee on all orders that are shipped to addresses located in Tennessee. All other orders shipped
elsewhere in the country have no taxes withheld by us. Please consult your tax specialist to determine if there are other taxes that need concern
you or your business.
Shipping & Freight
We offer free shipping on all orders over $1500. Orders are usually shipped 1-3 business days of our receipt of the order, Monday through Friday,
via UPS, FedEx, and USPS (not valid to Post Office Boxes). We do our best to get your products to you as soon as possible, but orders sent by ground
shipping can take up to a week to arrive. We will give you a call or email if it will take longer. Our main warehouse is located in Houston, TX
and sends shipments Monday through Friday except during major United States holidays. We do not ship outside of the United States.
Please Note: Free shipping only applies to the Continental US. This does not include ALASKA, HAWAII or APO addresses due to the high shipping cost.
Our shipping charges are calculated using the shippers rate tables. Therefore, shipping charges and delivery time will vary based on the total weight
of the order and the shipping destination (zip code and country).
Email & Spam Policy
We will never sell our email lists or use them for spamming. Your email address will only be used to notify you for ordering purposes. If you chose
to sign up for our Specials Emailer, we only send you information about our company and the products we promote. If you do not wish to receive our
newsletter, please click on the remove from list link at the base of the email.
