When will my order be shipped?
Most of the orders ship within 1-3 business days after us receiving them. If the order will be much later than that, we will contact
you.

Order arrival time depends on how you choose to have it shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location, the shipping service you choose (UPS, FedEx, USPS), and the weight of your
product. Our shopping cart will give you of your shipping options as part of the checkout process, before you input your
payment information.
What if my order arrives and something is wrong?
Our shipping department packs each order with great care, but occasionally there are problems. If your order arrives with
missing, broken or incorrect product, please contact us right away so we can remedy the situation. Please keep the box, especially
if it shows any signs of damage, so we can show them to the shipping carrier for a refund.
Some items say that they may break in shipping and you’re not responsible. What’s up with that?
We pack our orders very carefully, but there are some items that may experience breakage along the way. However, you should only
expect a small amount of breakage. If a significant portion of your order arrives broken, please contact us immediately.

We accept all major credit cards. If you want to pay by check or money order, please contact us and we can arrange that as well.

won’t even send you our newsletter unless you tell us you want it! Again, we never rent/sell your information to anyone.

Can I pick up my order myself at your warehouse?
Sure. If you’re local and want to pay us a visit, we’d love to see you! Just contact us first so we make arrangements.
Do you have a retail location where I can shop?
We operate out of a warehouse in Houston, TN and do not have a permanent retail store.
